Safe Lifting Solutions offers GA1 Inspection, Testing and Certification for Plant Machinery, Lifting Equipment and Height Safety Equipment in accordance with statutory legislation outlined in the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (General Application) Regulations, 2007.
Upon completion of the inspection, a GA1 form (Report of Thorough Examination) is issued to the customer to certify that the equipment is in good working order and complies with the legislation. GA1 is the approved HSA form for the inspection of lifting equipment as per the General Applications Regulations 2007 to 2020. If defects are identified or the equipment is deemed as not fit for purpose, the customer will be verbally informed and will receive a written report of what defects were identified, as well as what repairs or alterations are required in order for the equipment to comply and meet the necessary safety standards.
