Bow Shackle with Screw Pin
Our bow shackles with screw pins provide a strong and practical connection point for lifting, rigging and material handling applications.
The wide bow profile provides additional space for connecting lifting slings, chain sling components and other rigging hardware, while the removable screw pin allows the shackle to be connected and disconnected quickly when required.
Manufactured from high tensile alloy steel, the shackle features a hot-dip galvanised bow for corrosion resistance together with a distinctive water-blue screw pin.

Typical Applications
Suitable for use with web slings, round slings, chain sling assemblies and other lifting or rigging components where a removable connection is required.
Choosing the Correct Shackle
Always select a shackle with a Working Load Limit suitable for the intended lifting operation and check the identification markings before use.
The effect of sling angles, load direction and the overall lifting configuration should also be considered when selecting lifting equipment.
Inspect the shackle and screw pin before each use and remove the item from service if there are signs of deformation, excessive wear, damaged threads, corrosion or other deterioration.
Important: The screw-pin thread used on this shackle is not interchangeable with standard commercial European threads.
