Extreme duty lashings for Heavy Plant Transport, Rail, Marine Cargo and Industrial applications
Please note this a heavy duty lashing both in scale and physical weight, it’s not suitable as an alternative to 50mm wide ratchet lashings for general road haulage.

Ratchet Lashing Assemblies are comprised of webbing strap, ratchet and claw hooks as standard.

• Lashing Capacity (LC) 5000daN (kg) when new.
• Minimum Breaking Force 10,000daN (kg) when new.
• 75mm wide 15,000daN (kg) BFmin heavy duty polyester webbing.
• Low elongation (stretch) webbing less than 7% at LC.
• Powerful Ratchet Tensioner with a double lock handle.
• Standard Tension Force (STF) 500daN – using a Standard Hand Force (SHF) of 50daN.
• 4m fixed end (tail), fitted with an Ergonomic Ratchet.
• Manufactured and labelled in accordance with BS EN 12195-2:2001.
• Ratchet Straps are measured from bearing point to bearing point.
